Refunds & Returns Policy

At Four Thirty Studio, we strive to provide high-quality services, digital products, and merchandise. Please review our refund and return policies carefully before making a purchase.

Services

All services rendered by Four Thirty Studio are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Branding & Logo Design

  • SEO Services

  • Marketing Consulting

  • Photography Services

  • Creative Strategy

  • Ongoing Support & Retainers

Due to the time, expertise, planning, and resources invested in each project, refunds will not be issued once work has begun.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • E-books

  • Digital Downloads

  • Educational Materials

  • Printable Products

  • Digital Assets

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Merchandise

We accept returns for merchandise under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized merchandise

  • Services already rendered

  • Downloaded files

Order Cancellations

Service projects may not be canceled once work has commenced.

Merchandise orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.
