At Four Thirty Studio, we take pride in the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring every client is satisfied. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods, once access has been granted or a file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.


Services

All services are non-refundable.

We are committed to delivering high-quality results and will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your needs are met and you are satisfied with the final outcome. However, time, labor, and work completed are not refundable under any circumstances.


Merchandise Returns

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted or required for all returns, even if the return falls within the 14-day window

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
